yeah i would say birmingham- it has the best reputation out of all the ones you mentioned- also, i'm going there!!!

Reading because the campus is lovely, its a nice distance from London (not too close but still economically strong), it has a very good reputation which is growing rapidly and on top of that it has good nightlife and facilities!!!
