I think it would mean that you are eccentric...not that that's a bad thing. But there are other ways of finding out if she fancies you.

Now you're confusing me, i was saying thats their way of saying they DON'T fancy me! l put 'Eccentric Man' instead of 'Ted' only for the forum

LOL
If someone says you're eccentric that's not a bad thing. So if a girl told you that you were eccentric, I don't think it would be an insult. It implies quirky and cool. Or maybe I've been in Cambridge too long :p:

Eccentric Man
This time it was from a girl -not the one l'm passively chasing- that l thought liked me plus she's disabled too. Will this haunt me at uni?

What's that got to do with anything? I don't get it

I hope the title says it all, but why have l been told this so many times - what does it mean??? This time it was from a girl -not the one l'm passively chasing- that l thought liked me plus she's disabled too. Will this haunt me at uni?

That probably means nothing. If you fancy her, ask her out.

The phrase being ...?

It's reasonably neutral, prehaps slightly endearing. What would be worrying is if she called you a freak or something along those lines.
