Thanks Dekota, but just to clear it up

If your kidneys cannot handle the load of nitrogen, then the nitrogen will be excreted as ammonia in your sweat.

is that the basic problem?

btw i am not on the Atkin's diet. :biggrin:

Stink bombs are made using ammonia sulfide (i think) so either way its going to smell bad, anyway thats besides the point. I dont know what to suggest.

Ammonia smells more like hydrogen peroxide (the stuff used for bleaching hair). More than smelling bad, i find it makes you gag. Sulphides are just more eggy smells. the lab i'm working in stinks of that stuff cos of the things we make.
