Diet and exercise.
liposuction.... seriously if there was an easy miracle way dont u think every1 would do it?? if u ignore the potbelly im sure every1 else will too.

right. diet + excercise. You can't shed off all your belly in short time but you can lose quite a bit if u stick to it.

Diet:
No more fastfood and fizzy drinks. Repace all this with fruit and healthy vegies.
No fried things. Grill everything. Replace Sunflower oil with Olive oil.

Excercise:
Running. Best excercise. Do 30 minutes of jogging a day. Just go out and take breaks. take some music with you so that you don't get bored. Do occasional sprints, as it helps burn calories quickly.

Remember, that cardio without a good diet is pointless as you're putting on whatever you lost.

Now, I know this isn't much detail but it's effects are very quick. Remember to jog before eating and try doing it in the morning. Evening is also good but morning is ideal.

Exercise is your best option, focussing on exercises around the stomach area, sit ups etc. If that fails... wear a T-shirt the whole time:rolleyes: :biggrin:
