strange behaviour

I just start working with someone (male, age 19)

I have noticed he keeps touching, pressing etc against his private parts...no..no..he doesnt put his hand inside his trousers...its just he keeps touching his priavte part area on his trousers with his hands.

What is this going on with him?

lol....smart thinking! Yes Im a male. Your question of what im doing looking down there...well bascially, my job is a bit complicated and it requires hands....if he's busy pushing his privates while i wait for him to hand over the paper....cant help noticing!

I think he's probably trying to 'adjust' himself to make things more comfortable, but by not putting his hand down his pants to do it, it's his (failed) attempt to be more subtle about it!

i find it strange when guys put their hand down their boxers and start itching when they are in the room with like 4 other people.
tho they guy who did it i dont think he noticed that i saw him do it
