Quite irritating!

This may sound peculiar if you don't have the same problem, but maybe someone can offer some advice? I always feel as though my nose is blocked and as though I need to blow it (that looks rediculous written down, I know!). I can breathe through it but it's a constant thing, although I do not have a cold! It's really irritating! Has anyone ever had this and is there anything you can use to treat it? THanks

I sometimes feel a bit like that too

There is a condition called rhinitis (sp?) or something that is like a constant cold.

It could be Sinusitis. Take a look here

It could also be a mild allergy. I think I might my slightly allergic to cats. My nose gets a bit like that when im at home.

Try Sinex.

I had excatly the same thing, nose blocked but not phlem-sp? I got a nasal spray called triofan which cleared it up after a couple of munites.
