Star jumps, jogging on the spot, dancing etc are all pretty easy things to do in the house without equipment. :smile: Stairs are also very useful, as they are an easy way to get a good workout.

I agree anyhow. Nothing like a job with the wind in your hair, rain spray around your ankles and the satisfaction of all weather training.
