I'm a veggie, and want to avoid eating fish as much as possible. Therefore, I was wondering whether you'd be able to recommend some non-animal/fish sources of Omega 3 and Omega 6? I know flax seeds are, but they are incredibly expensive. Also, what is Omega 9?
Oils such as flex seed oil/3,6,9 oils need to be refrigerated and kept away from sunlight, as they oxidise quickly. Do H&B keep their oils in the fridge?
If not, visit the vegetarian society; http://www.vegsoc.org/ They should be able to tell you which foods have the omegas in. (it's pathetic that I'm a vegan, and I'm not too sure... lol)
