Flax seeds and flax seed oil will be perfect for you, www.savant-health.com is a decent website to buy from. Avoid H&B for fats/oils at all costs.

Might I ask why? I like Holland&Barrats!

Oils such as flex seed oil/3,6,9 oils need to be refrigerated and kept away from sunlight, as they oxidise quickly. Do H&B keep their oils in the fridge?

Tesco sell vegetarian omega 3 capsules...

If not, visit the vegetarian society; http://www.vegsoc.org/ They should be able to tell you which foods have the omegas in. (it's pathetic that I'm a vegan, and I'm not too sure... lol)

I buy vegetarian omega 3, 6 & 9 from Morrisons (own brand). You can get combined omegas/vitamins/minerals too.

Healthspan do vegetarian omega 3 and 6 stuff as well as cod liver oils (that are apparently the purest cod liver oils according to independant tests). See http://www.healthspan.co.uk/shop/products.aspx?cat=OMEGA3 and http://www.healthspan.co.uk/shop/products.aspx?cat=OMEGA6. Also, Green People do organic omega 3 and 6 supplements for vegetarians that are on special offer at the moment http://www.greenpeople-organic-health.co.uk/Product_Search.asp?Sp=A&Sl=group&St=all&cc=A. I have no idea what omega 9 is!
