Eating

Hey,
I know this is probably just me being stupid, but I'm feeling really low.
I keep going through phases of eating next to nothin, and then long periods of binging. Its making me feel cr*p, fat, and worthless.
Also, the emphasis my friends keep putting on people's weight is driving me insane, I don't understand why it should matter.
Sorry, I'm probably just being an idiot, but I just feel so worthless and like a failure.

You're not being stupid at all. You recognise that this might not be normal behaviour, and you realise you might need a bit of help to feel better.

Check out http://www.edauk.com/ they have a forum, might make you feel like you're not entirely on your own. Also, you're not a failure, you're strong for admitting this is becoming a problem.

Don't fight this feeling on your own.

The OP is genuinely worried and asking for advice. Eating disorders (and I'm not diagnosing one here!) aren't a joke.
Yeah, you should either speak to someone close to you that you trust or see your doctor.

I find when i really restrict my calorie intake, it works for a couple of weeks, then i just eat loads of crap! try and eat a healthy balanced diet, it is ok to have bad stuff sometimes, just in moderation. you should def go and talk to someone about this, they will be able to give you professional advice.
