Yeh, I'm no expert, but blind people usually have the same type of dog. Same goes for Big Issue sellers.

Temperament probably has something to do with it along with intelligence. The can't have dogs that'll chew their owners face off while they're sleeping. Sorry to offend you anyway, I didn't think knowing that poodles were smarter than your dog would be so crushing! My dog is 35th in the intelligence charts but then again, it is Irish

I used to have a border collie and he was pretty clever, as dogs go.
