Any diet tips?

at the moment, i am 6"2, and weigh around 17 stone (maybe a 1 lb less)

On monday i started to edit my diet, by drinking more water, cutting some foods out e.g. bacon and the swaping my snacks e.g. chocalte bar to apple/banna etc. I also got my gym induction on friday, which i will be starting next week.

it comes wesnesday, i am starting to struggle to keep to this, for some reason i get the erge to eat all the time, i have water to try and calm it down, and it doesnt work, and then 2 peices of fruit before dinner came, but after i had my dinner, i still had them hingar pains.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to solve this problem, and any other things which may help me lose weight.

try nuts and dry fruit and keep busy to keep your mind off it.go for a walk wen you get hungry or take a shower-anythin to take your mind off it.it takes a lil time to get used to but after a few weeks ypour appitite will have settled and you wont b hungry as much!!just have to deal with the rumbly tummy for a lil while!!

i will try the dry fruit thing, but most of the time these erges come when in lessosn,a dn most of my lessosn the teacher sdont really care if you get out sommat to eat, a slong as you do your work
well try the fruit thing and see if that helps.dont bring as much food with you and that way your limiting what you eat:smile:

Only take the food that you need for the day. dont take any money other what you need to get home. i find if i get an urge to eat, a hot drink like coffee, tea, or green tea is good.

You need to completely beat the cravings for the first 2-3 days, then they will reduce. But that means absolutely no giving in on the first 2-3 days.
