at the moment, i am 6"2, and weigh around 17 stone (maybe a 1 lb less)
On monday i started to edit my diet, by drinking more water, cutting some foods out e.g. bacon and the swaping my snacks e.g. chocalte bar to apple/banna etc. I also got my gym induction on friday, which i will be starting next week.
it comes wesnesday, i am starting to struggle to keep to this, for some reason i get the erge to eat all the time, i have water to try and calm it down, and it doesnt work, and then 2 peices of fruit before dinner came, but after i had my dinner, i still had them hingar pains.
Can anyone give me any advice on how to solve this problem, and any other things which may help me lose weight.
