About four seasons ago, the tables were turned. Now look at us. We have to win today to try and grasp something from our pathetic season. UTV.

Two-one to us. VDV and Bale. Hope just one of Parker and Sandro play.

Aston Villa might have a **** for a manager but the club shouldn't go down when there are the likes of Stoke still in the PL. I hope to God they manage to get something from this game.

Two years ago, end of April:

Three years ago in February, for the Villa and Spurs fans to laugh about now:

That away record - counter-attacking at its best. Damn.

I'd take a season in the championship to watch Arsenal on channel 5 every year for the rest of my life. Come on Spurs.

I usually take your words like gospel. I mean I dislike McLeish intensely, but I don't support Aston Villa.

I actually think we can lose (and indeed will lose) both remaining games and still stay up due to QPR having no redeeming qualities.

However if anyone knows how to grasp relegation from the jaws of safety it is Alex Mcleish so what do I know?

    is this on tv?
Think it's City - Newcastle on Sky at this time.

Who would you like to see line up?

    For Villa I'd go [4231]

    Given

    Lichaj
    Dunne
    Cuellar
    Warnock

    Clark
    Herd

    N'Zogbia
    Ireland
    Agbonlahor

    Weimann

    Subs:
    Guzan
    Hutton
    Baker
    Bannan
    Gardner
    Carruthers
    Heskey

I'm going to fear for the worst if we fail to get a point and results go against us.

    UTV.

I don't even care anymore, as long as we have 11 players who look like they care and actually want to keep the club int he division I'll be satisfied.
