whats wrong with me any ideas?

for about 2 weeks ive had on/off feelings of nausea, last night i had a bit of alchol and was sick when i woke up at 4am. luckily today i had no uni today and felt nauseas all day. i do still now.

any ideas what could be wrong with me?

I didn't mean to be spiteful, it was a genuine question and I was trying to convey the point that going to a GP is the best option.

Yeah, I was just being sarcastic. No offence intended, I'm just annoyed with the number of people who refuse to see a GP, when it's clearly what they should be doing.
