Absolutely possible to be addicted to some form of junk food...Nothing wrong with that as long as you eat it in moderation of course:smile: ...(yeh saying no more frequently is a good way to start! )

Everyone needs some form of indulgence though...

I have the worst diet ever, and just the other day my friend kindly informed me that it is possible to be clinically addicted to foods like chocolate and crisps- and it stimulates the same parts of the brain as say, a heroin addiction does.

So in answer to your question- yes, it is possible to be addicted to junk food, but with all addictions, it can be cured, so don't despair.

Good luck!

Definitely possible. I'm learning to better control myself in terms of biscuits and cakes, but chocolate and sweets are still a big issue for me! Gotta love that sugar rush!!

i find i get bored with food very very quickly, and often, because my mom cooks the same dinners night after night, i start turning down meals and opt for junk fod instead.. it's really quite bad :s-smilie:
