Pill Question

Hi, I know this sounds stupid.
I've just finished my 6 months pack on the pill and I THINK now I'm supposed to ask for a repeat prescription.. however, I have absolutely no idea what to do about it. If I should call the doctors, what do I ask for/what do I say? I don't really want to call and be like 'Uhhhh...'. :p:

Just go in and say "i'd like a repeat pill prescription please." They'll also ask you if you've had any problems and take your blood pressure, but thats it. easy.

You can phone them and ask for a repeat prescription, but chances are you might have to make an appointment to see your nurse before they give you anymore- they like to do a check up and make sure you aren't having any problems before they give you another prescription for the pill.

I actually lost my prescription once for my contraceptive and when I went in to ask for another one, the nurse refused point blank to give me any more unless I made an appointment for a check up, so I think they are quite strict about it.

if its ur first 6month pack finished u have2 go have ur blood pressure taken by a practice nurse and she'll give u another 6months supply.

Once uv had so many 6mnth packs they'll give u a repeat prescription

Thanks everyone. I'll call for an appointment tomorrow and see what they say. I'm always so nervous going to the doctors lol.
