they're treated differently coz there are so little of them in the world ... it's kinda rare to see two gay guys sitting in a train with their hands in each other's pants...

it's human nature! our attention is most drawn to things that are rare and different!

my advice is: get over it, and stop caring what others think about you (not that i have homosexual tendencies or anything, i'm straight)... but the more you "care" what people think, the more people will MAKE you feel bad... that's another aspect of human nature....

just get on with life...

There are in fact a lot of bi people in society, a lot more than you would think - including one of my friends.

Bisexual people tend to often be rejected by both the heterosexual AND homosexual communities due to the fact that they do not 'fit' in either category; indeed, bisexuality is rather curious given that a lot of things in nature are either black or white, male or female, on or off, north or south etc. - but bi is in the middle justabouts.
But life goes on.

I think thats the problem some people have with bi people they would consider them greedy. But a friend of mine once said bisexuality doubles your chances of getting a date.

in this day and age, it's 'fashionable' to be bisexual. loads and loads of people claim to be bi just to get attention and that really annoys me; it's as if it's not ok to just be straight, and i would think that genuine bisexuals would be offended by the way some people seem to turn their bisexuality off and on when it suits them. just my opinion.

Well if there ever was misappropriation of the Anonymous Function - this was it. Christ, if you've got an opinion, come out and say it rather than hiding behind this rediculous anonimity.
The LGBT Society is where, gays, lesbians, bisexuals (like myself) and transgendered people can go and hang out. I don't find its closed minded at all. You're more than welcome to a Straight's society... though to be honest, there isn't much point.
