Which Would You Prefer?..

My boyfriend always cooks for me when I go to his, and I suggested that I do the same for him tomorrow evening when I go round to his. He always goes to a fair bit of trouble, by this I mean he's never made me anything from a packet. Luckily, my family own seafood restaurants in Italy and the Med, so I'm fairly good at cooking. Basically, I've decided to do three courses, and I've complied three menus, I'd be grateful if you'd offer your views as to which you'd prefer to be done for you... Thanks!

Menu 1.

Starter- 5 large king prawns in their shells, with smoked salmon parcels on a salad bed
Main- swordfish served woith baby potatoes and roasted vegetables
Dessert- merengue nests filled with fresh strawberries, kiwi and cream.

Menu 2.

Starter- leek and potato soup with freshly baked croutons
Main- Roast lamb, roasted vegetables and cranberry and mint sauce
Dessert- as above, fruit's always best after!

Menu 3.

Starter- Fresh mushrooms stuffed with garlic and lemon
Main- Parma-wrapped cod, served with baby potatoes and brown rice
Dessert- again, as above

Or, if none of the above sound any god, has a partner ever cooked something especially memorable for you that you could suggest?
This may seem irrelevant, but think it kinda links in with relationships! Thanks in advance.

Mmmm 1 sounds amazing but I'm a huge fan of fish. If he's not then maybe 2 courses of it would be a bit extreme? Still, lucky him, you've made me hungry now!
They all sound awesome (although I am also not a big fish fan).
depends on what he prefers.. if i had the choice it would be no.1

1 please.

My speciality is teriaki salmon on a bed of caesar salad with home made chips.

2 but only because I detest sea-food
Menu 3, garlic mushrooms are my favourite starter ever. And the cod sounds gorgeous, as does the dessert, I suppose it depends if hes a swordfish fan, if he is then that one sounsd the most exotic and adventorous of the 3

This one - you can make the soup the day before and reheat it before you serve.Prep and blanch veges as well. Make sure you put garlic and rosemary with the roast lamb and make proper gravy!!! PM me if you don't know how!

I think you should negate all possibility of food poisoning, so out with the fishy ones....

They all sound absolutely delicious- but I think I'd have to go for either two or three..I think two, because they've got a lot of variety.

Good luck! They all sound fantastic
