wear your belts around the waist (or where your waist should be ), wrap tops, low rise jeans etc...anything to give the illusion of being pulled in at the middle
Don't think you need to do anything sounds like your body is in shape to me. I assume you work out a bit.

Awww, thanks a lot. Where did you learn these things? What do you mean by 'low rise jeans'? Thanks X

well i've worked in retail for aaaages so i've kind of learned what looks good on certain body shapes, plus just read loads of mags, and trinny and susannah of course .

low rise jeans are hipster jeans, i know it sounds odd but it's the same for bikinis....if you don't have a waist, exposing MORE of your waist (even if it's non existant) somehow makes it look as though you have one....especially if you have a flat belly (which you probably do, being a rower and thin) and can wear shorter, tighter tops which show a strip of skin along the lower belly. you'll look ultra curvy

plus you could also make the most of your legs by wearing tight jeans/short skirts (with tights of course, it's still freezing  ) with longer tops which are ultra fashionable now, with a wide belt slung over the top just around your hips if you get what i mean...it will make your hips look wider and thus make your waist look smaller

I do a lot of rowing. That works on your shoulders quite bit

Well least you'll be in shape fitness wise i think you have nothing to worry about.

I agree with this! I'm a size 8, so I'm thin, and I have largeish boobs for my frame, 32C (courtesy of the pill) - I'm only 5"2 so I'm quite short. I don't have a waist or hips really which is quite frustrating as I often feel quite "square".
But the advice from grace is right, when I wear hipster jeans and say a tight t-shirt that ends just a bit above and shows a strip of skin around my midriff, I look like I have a waist and even hips!! I'm not sure how this happens, but it is great. It's like my main outfit combo atm!
