I've never tried Kalms myself, but as far as I was aware I thought it was something to aid sleep, rather than calm you down.

You never know with tablets, as some aren't so bad if you take lots of them, whereas others can have sometimes fatal effects. I wouldn't advise taking many of them, as the dosage is normally a pretty good sign of the safe amount.

I'd imagine if you took too many you could get very drowsy, making you definitely unfit to drive and you wouldn't really be able to do much. If they work the same as sleeping pills then it could also be potentially dangerous, as often these cases of overdoses you hear about involve sleeping pills.

If you are lookign for something specifically to calm you down have a word with your doctor, or ask a pharmacist for something non-prescription
Yes, they'd have a laxative affect if you took too many.
the normal calms tablets are not suppose to aid sleep but just relax you, kalms have brought out another product named "kalms sleep" which is obviously to aid sleep.. as with any other side effects, as said above definately a laxative effect if too many are taken.
