Diffrence between ShavingStick + ELectric Shaver

Hi guys,
im thinking of buying a electric

what are the diffrences between a normal (facial) shaving stick and a electric type razor?
do u get better results with the electric? Does it slow down the green skin process? does your hair grow back faster if u use electric?

In my humble opinion, Electric=bad. Wet shaves are meant to be far better for your skin, and help cleanse pores. I heard electrics not so good in terms of hygeine.

Electric is quicker, much easier if you're in a hurry. Never heard anything about hygene problems, they're easy to clean and you'd have to be profoundly foolish to manage to cut yourself with it.

my bf uses an electric one.. he is always much more closely shaven than when he used a normal razor, and he tends to do it more frequently because it is so convenient.
