depends what supplements you are referring to. protein supplements such as whey and casein are derived from milk and cheese.

I meant multivitamins and stuff, eg Vitamin C supplements, etc.

vitamins are generally extracted from natural foods. vitamin A usually comes from fish-oils, vitamin C is taken from things like berries in roses, etc. some vitamins are synthesised, but a lot of the time they aren't as effective as naturally derived sources.

You can get algae, that has a lot of good crap in it, if you do want something natural, that is.

It comes in pill form (from Holland and Barratt or health shops). Sorry, just covered this in biology :biggrin: Any queries?
