Ok so i have a really sore and painful feeling in the back of my throat, blocked but also runny nose, and very slight kinda pressure feeling in my head, i'm supposed to be running a 10k on sunday, what do you reccommend? I don't mind calling in sick to work (supposed to be there this afternoon, thurs, fri, sat morning) if it means i have a better chance of feeling better for the race. Anyone got any advice/tips??

I would suggest a walk is probably the best thing you can do.

Sounds like you've got a cold.

    Pretty sure you'll be fine.

If you're worried go to your GP.
