I want to lose weight and tone by bum.
Overall I'm not in bad shape. I am generally slightly fat, but it doesn't look awful or anything as I am quite big boned as in i have ribs that are thick from back to chest, so therefore the bit of fat just sort of acts a layer and people just think that I'm well built. By big problem is I have a fat ass. I know you can't lose weight in a paryticular place so my main aim is to strengthen the muscles in my bum so that it carries the flab better and I will continue to slow lose weight whilst I'm doing this.
Has anyone got and ideas/exercises that would strengthen my ass
