Saggy Breasts

Well ever since my early teens my breasts have been getting saggier. I don't wear a bra that much but I am really concerned and insecure about my body.
My breasts are 42 DD and don't seem to stop growing. I know alot of people are supposed that I feel the size is a big problem, but it's not as nice as it seems. I would love to have small/medium sized breasts.

Is there anything I can do? I am 17 btw
Well, wearing a bra more would help!
I agree - a bra is essential, otherwise they will get saggier because at that size, the weight of them is going to permanently stretch the muscles that hold them up.

Why dont you wear bras very often?
Wear a bra! Though if they are that big already and you haven't been wearing a bra the sag will most likely stay. If you don't like underwired ones try a sports bra though they are not the most attractive things in the world but do the job.
Seriously! Bras arent what give you saggy breasts! GET ONE AND WEAR IT ALL DAY! You're way too big to not and the weight of them will make them sag. Also, the more the skin stretches, the more fat will fill them! The only way to "stop them sagging" is to develop your muscles above them, and that only helps a small amount really!

YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY NEED A BRA! You'll develop back problems too if you dont, that much unsupported weight, its just asking for trouble!

Like everyone has said - wear a bra woman!

Why don't you wear a bra often? With boobs that size I thought it would be essential - for comfort if nothing else!
Seriously! im a 36E, cant live without my bra! Its just all "bouncy bouncy bouncy"

And i might be a boob expert, because i have big boobs and know the drill?
To make boobs look more 'pert' it is possible to do exercise that strengthen the pec muscles, but if your boobs are that big/have sagged too much already, I doubt it will make a difference.
the pec muscle exercise is important! and will help some!
Also, I know its not really something you might want to think about, but talk to your doc about it all, they can get you on the waiting list for a reduction maybe? Thats what i might do soon! Or just a little readjustment, coz they put a lot of weight on my back and shoulders.

Totally! you should take it off when you go to bed, but you should wear one all day really. If you dont like them much, try getting a range (e.g. t-shirt bras, sports bras, lacy ones etc) and decide which you like best. they really are essential... of course you'll be saggy without one.
omg

i know this might sound rude but thats not the intention, you sound like a big girl from the 42 inch so not wearing a bra will only make you look like a fat slob and its not a nice sight for anyone. go and get a fitted bra from la senza or figleavs.com and WEAR THEM
Hey, just read you other post, and it says your back hurts when you wear a bra - i pain i know well! If you're really really considering a reduction, then it might be worth considering seeing the doctors and tell them that you're depressed and in pain.

Other than that, a few things:
Get professionally measured and ask them to find you an appropriate bra. Marks and Spencers is the best for this! If your bra size isnt right, this will cause pain, coz you're not getting the right support.
Playtex for a range of bras called "just my style" which have Gel straps and gel covered underwires, and are designed for the D+ sizes. I have one, and its fantastic!
Triumph also do a really good range of bigger sizes which is fantastic for support - my best bra is a triumph.
Debenhams do both playtex and triumph in the bigger stores, so check there too.

Also, can I ask why you're posted as anon? its not that big a deal is it?

La senza are not the place to go for bigger bras, trust me on that!
And she might not be as big as people are saying! I mean, maybe she's very tall, or just broad. I know size 8 girls who have been measured with a 36 bust, its not impossible!

And she said she doesnt feel fat, so thats the point! Shes obviously comfy with her weight. and really, you cant always tell when someone's braless!
