Your opinions on what i eat..

'lo all!

Just wanted your opinons on what i eat.. I eat meat, vegetables and fruit so thats not really of any concern! It's just the little things..

Nuts (almonds, walnuts) - twice weekly

Cheese (babybell, brie) - every other day

Yoghurt (organic) - every other day

Now i know they're certainly not the most unhealthiest of things! But I'm mostly worried about fats (saturated?) which can hurt you on the inside without you even knowing it until your 50 and die of heart disease!

Thanks all
I'm sure those things are all considered reasonably good for you...they are quite natural foods (well maybe the cheese isn't), so they don't contain all the additives. I each much more of them than you too

I think to be worried about the saturated fat you need to be eating loads of fried food, loads of ready meals and loads and loads of full fat foods (especially prepreared foods).

Oh my god - nuts, cheese and yoghurt? That combination has been scientifically proven to raise your cholesterol, give you mad cow disease and make your hair fall out!
Not enough steak.

You need more chocolate, crisps and chips...otherwise fine!
How healthy is eating say a bowl of wholegrain pasta with veg a day? Just one meal? Trying to lose weight, but not sure if its healthy enough

Eating nuts, cheese and yoghurt certainly requires anonymous posting
