Wee I cant give an opinion on the others but Deanery is great. My boyfriend stayed there last year so I was also around. Its in a good location aswell but if you can I would really advise you to try and get into Emily Davies though. Its in the BEST location, 1min frm Asda, 1 min frm shopping centre, clubs bars etc...LITERALLY.
But anyway, Deanery was lovely. Had a really nice student feel to it and a great lay out. Nice little on suite facilities too. Deanery does have a littl student lounge thing on the 1st flor but it is little lame n I dont think many people use it. Apart frm that...all good.
Oh n if your lazy, its got a lift?
Need any more info?
P.S. It would take you about 5mins 2 walk into the main shopping centre.
