    Hi Flyteryder, I'm studying in London and City Uni is regarded fairly highly so don't worry about that. Also you do get a lot more hands on experience than the other academic institutions which is really valuable

    City is one of the mid-ranking unis; within London, it's not as prestigious as Imperial, for instance, but it's probably on par with UCL and above London Met. That's just in general, though, it obviously varies depending on what your course is. City is pretty good for engineering, IT and the business school courses, but in things like social sciences it's not that great. Also, as a City student, I have to echo whoever said that the social life is quite rubbish (in case that's an aspect you want to take into account).
