Housemates Boyfriend

I've already posted about this before, but wanted to go on another rant, grrr!

He's literally been at our house for about a week solid, without going home, just goes to work, and comes back. My housemate makes all his meals and seems to control her, like the other week my housemate asked our other housemate 'Oh, you having any dinner?' as it was quite late at night and she hadn't eaten, and her boyfriend just shook his head, and shes was like 'Guess not then', like hes so annoying!

The other week he just came round unannounced, and when my housemate said 'When Holly gets home from work we might be having a girly night in', to which he responded 'OK then, i'll f**k off now then and get out of your way', like she was in the wrong!

The other day my housemate was on the internet in the lounge and he came in carrying my housemates laptop like 'Oh, are you on the internet?' like she didn't have the right to just because he wanted to go on the internet! It really is starting to annoy me like if my housemates doing something, he'll be on the internet and when you say 'Are you nearly finish' he'll be another hour or so even if we need it for uni stuff!

Its really starting to get on my nerves; for the last few days whenever I've gotten up and come downstairs he'll be sat there. Its like he can't bear to be without my housemate for a second. I'd like to see how well he copes when shes in London for a month on work experience!

Rant over.

sounds like you should get a big stick.
Hmm, might be a plan. Any none violent solutions that don't involved actually telling my housemate hes annoying me?!...
Damn, forgot to put anonymous!

Meh...

talk to him, and talk to her. i'm sure you can sort it out in a civilised manner.

Sounds like you really should buy a router for your internet connection so you can all use it at the same time...
We've had trouble with our internet, and have one but havn't set it up as our internet should be going any day now.

Its the principal though, I shouldn't have to wait for him to finish what hes doing, as it will just be checking myspace, or music sites.

Just tell her, surely they can goto his house too.
He's not a student, and still lives with his mum and her boyfriend, and apparently they have sex all the time...

We always make jokes like 'Ooh, hes coming round again', but I always say to her, if she doesn't want to see him, she should tell him, as its quite obvious she wants some space, and more than five minutes away from him. Its gotten better lately though as he now has a job, and works 9-5, but before it was literally every waking moment he was at our house. Once all my housemates went to the cinema and he stopped in our house waiting instead of just going home and having a night away from her.

I'd go for the big stick option every time...seriously though, tell your housemate, otherwise nowt will get done..are you alone about this? If you and a couple of others all have a word it won't feel as bad - careful how you goabout it obviously, but ifyou say nothing, then nothing will change.
