Yes you get an extra 15 minutes for every hour of exam time (a guy in my class was dyslexic)

Now I've also been told that it's possible to use specific computer programmes that scan text and read them aloud if you have them available to you.. is this true?

the people in my school got a computer and could use spell checker, also they got extra time. But they sit in the same room as the rest of us on the exam (very annoying with that load typing!) so that's a no on the speech software (I hope, for the sake of others),

I have a friend in IB2 (I'm in IB1) who is dyslexic and he's doing really good.

One girl in my class is dyslexic. She gets extra time for language exams but not for anything else I think.
I am dyslexic, you get an average of 25% extra but if your case is more severe then it can go even higher. The highest I have seen is extra 50%.
Yes this is true, you have to have a Certain cases i.e dyslexia-ADHD-ADD-etc and it has to be proven. But yes the IB is very lenient with
needs and extra support people like me.
