I shave my bikini line - If I shave a couple of days after, which can be necessary, I get red spots and it bleeds and stuff. Is there a cream I can use to reduce the redness and that?

Sometimes creams with an aloe vera content help to sooth.
I always cover them in savlon to get rid of the infection in the hair bed (hence the spot) but thats because when i get spots they often flare up and become really nasty so i dont give them a chance to.
