Am I training too much...

...if the small of my back aches (as well as my thighs)?? Sorry, I know that's hardly a major problem compared to some on here. I'm a woman, good fitness, trying to shed some excess weight so have upped my running from 3-4times/ wk to daily for 1-2hrs (as I was doing last summer, though only for 40mins-1hr). I keep very good posture when I run and am careful I don't overpronate. Warm-up, stretch, cool down, stretch etc all fine and am getting more or less enough sleep and eating healthily. Am I overdoing it?? Is it really stupid if I train even when my muscles are a bit sore? I'm looking to speed up the effects..
I'd suggest not running for two days atleast if you have a 2 hour run one day. If you're doing 40min-1 hour runs, Alternate days would work fine.

If you've only just started running after a period of not then your muscles are bound to ache a bit; mine always do when I return to training after weeks of laziness. Try doing a day then missing a day. Eventually the aching will cease.
