i have had an apple and nothing else. fff
unless you count the chips that went with that lovely fish and chips i had for dinner from the guy that comes from Liverpool. mmm delicious

orange juice
200g ish cooked soft fruits (plums, grapes)
2 apples
bag of dried prunes
plus onions, salad, celery with my tea

(I'm a veggie...go figure..it's what we excel in!!)

Loads of vitamin pills.
Do not follow my example.

Usually though:

raisins and natural yogurt
Chopped Apples
Chopped Carrots and low cal dip
Salad/Broccoli (raw)

or you could drink a small innocent smoothie which contains your whole days worth of fruit and then find some random veg to eat

I've had an apple, two oranges, some guava, some raw carrots and probably a couple of other things as well. I don't really try to have 5 a day, but I think I generally get enough fruit and veg in my diet withoutn realising it.

Meh I have no fruit :frown: (mainly because I'm too lazy to go to tesco). All I've had is a tiny salad all day. Unless potatoes count...but I'm guessing not. Oh, and I had an apple and blackberry pie. I feel so unhealthy :frown:. I have a big giant mango to eat tomorrow though :biggrin:

I had a couple of satsumas today, a bowl of fruit and nut muesli, some vegetables with my dinner, and a can of sliced pears for pudding... I also drank about 2 litres of orange juice, but that was diluting vodka so i dont know if that still counts? :biggrin:

i find it really easy to eat 5 a day
breakfast - banana + orange juice
lunch - salad - lettuce, tomato, peppers, cucumber, celery + carrot. + apple
snack - grapes
dinner - loads of veggies - carrots, sweet potato, brocoli, peas etc etc
