Dried fruit?
Unsalted nuts?
Seeds?
Salads?

dunno why u have posted as anon...but here are my suggestions:
dried apricots, tuna and cucumber sandwiches, mini weetabix with chocolate bits for brekkie, snack-a-jacks instead of crisps, cucumber/carrots/peppers with dips-there's a really nice salsa dip from tesco which is just made of vegetables- yum! popcorn-but make it yourself without the sugar/salt added, celery- burns off more calories when eating it than what it contains!, make your own potato wedges instead of having chips and drink water!
and btw-you know those ufo sweets, they are really low in calories, and probably not too bad for your skin.

yoghurt covered raisons? honey roasted nuts/ um snackajacks, toast, yoghurt. all reasonably healthy, tasty and not greasy so dont see them giving you spots

Dried fruit, carrot sticks, celery, you could always have a dip with the carrots or celery. Go into Holland & Barratts and you might find something nice there. Unsalted mixed nuts or pumpkin seeds (a la Gillian McKeith)

Could you go for old fashioned fruit

Actually these aren't good for you at all.I don't have any figures I canquote to back me up (read the packets, lol) but these sort of snacks are deceptive...they have healthy ingredients as their "bulk"/ selling point, when in reality they are a dose of unhealthy saturated fats and sugars...i.e the raisens will have minimal yoghurt in their coating/ the nuts are mega high in fat. Just like banana chips..not a good idea, excpet as an occasional treat. Best to go for quality over quantity if you're craving something sweet and healthyish, i.e a few squares of dark chocolate.

You can make banana chips yourself though! Just chop up a banana and bake in a low oven until crispy! Easy and healthy!

1. spots not due to diet (do you ever see 5 year old fat kids with ance?)
2. healthy snacks: nuts, toast, cereal (dry, eg shreddies), water! (nice to drink casually), grapes and those mini oranges.

chocolate is very high in fat, and that's saturated. nuts are low in saturated fats, so it's not as black and white as you make it out to be. Also, nuts are high in some vitamins, and fibre, unlike chocolate.

I used to liquidize tuna and chuck in some ketchup and creatine, but that's when i was a freak.

Yeah I know, that's why I said just a few squares of chocolate. Nuts are extremely good in terms of vitamins/ minerals(Brazils, almonds..all good especially as a source of protein-like you pointed out- and for vegetarians like myself.)I just meant nuts that are roasted and coated in sugary junk are the ones to watch!

actually if you just drain a can on tuna its pretty cool, I used to eat that as a snack. It was great, I love tuna.

Greek yoghurt with honey and sliced white grapes - lovely

Wholemeal toast with pretty much any healthy topping. Yes, baked beans are very good for you!

Waldorf salad (if you make it with low-fat mayonnaise it's even healthier)

Pitta bread (you can fill it with tuna, egg, soft cheese etc or you can slice it and dip it in nice things)

Boil some pasta, cut up some cheshire (i.e crumbely white stuff) cheese and sprinkle it on the pasta. Pasta is healthy and the cheese is such a low amount that won't do any harm.

Alternatively(sp) buy some organic pasta source, which has none of the usual chemicals in it and put that on your pasta.

Sandwhiches are often now healthy due to the extremely high salt content of bread and packet meet.

With the sandwich thing, I assume you mean unhealthy...

Eat cheese only in moderation, as it is around 40% fat. Try eating wholeweat pasta instead of white, to avoid the sugar rush the starch white gives you.

And you did spell alternatively right, but not meat, crumbly, sandwiches or sauce
