I was out last night and saw my ex-girflfriend snog one of my best mates. I still love her to bits and she knows this. I feel like i've been punched in the gut. Am I being ridiculous?

Your reaction is natural. I still get effed off when I see my first boyf get kissed by his current gf and this was over 8 yrs ago.

She is letting you know she is over you and - did you do something bad and you broke up as a result of it? - showing you that she can survive without you, going for the jugular by snogging your mate. BTW your mate needs a slap.

She's being petty and childish - you need to move on and do not turn this into a game of one-upmanship - its pointless and everyone gets hurt. :hugs:

aww *hugs* You're not being ridiculous, If I saw my ex kissing my mate or anyone else for that matter I would feel hurt and angry. It's natural esp as you have such strong feelings for her. If she did this on purpose in front of you that's bitchy

i kissed my friend's ex and she got angry. they broke up about three years ago and she has had several long terms boyfriends since. i think it's ridiculous.

your situation is different though, if you're still openly in love with her.

yeah, what the **** is your best mate thinking, Id lose a LOT of respect for anyone that did that to me, and so should anyone else that knows him. Its just not what you do.
