i feel awful

My ex has started seeing one of my mates - they basically don't talk during the day and then go and get boozed at night and are all over each other.
She knows I still like her and it hurts like hell, especially when I see them at it.
Any advice on how to cope? We are still friends, and although I use to fancy the old 'her' (she was quiet and reserved, a bit like me) i'm not sure about the new 'her' (getting boozed all the time,...)

How long ago did you break up?? One of my friends had been with her bf 3 years, then her bf dumped her for our best mate 3 days after. I know how it can make people feel. Your friend shouldn't have done that to you. A rule of friendship is you don't date someone who has been with one of your friends.
