Yeah, it could be down to the pill, I experienced a lot of mood swings when I first started on my pill and it is a common side effect of it. I have gradually stopped having as many mood swings and decided to stick with it and things are mostly fine.
You could always see if they get better, if not ask to change to a diff pill type?

Yes, very possibly it is the Pill. It makes me very irrational and gives me ridiculous mood swings too. However, it was very much worse in the first three months or so, and after that it settled down and just happened randomly. Stick with it and hope that your boyfriend is understanding

If it is because of the pill id advise you to change to a different pill. I did that because i was so moody and snappy with everyone! And my parents and boyfriend got really annoyed! Now im on a different pill and ive not been moody once..well not for a stupid reason anyway!

it takes a long time for the pill to affect your mood. at least 6 months, the doctor told me.because i've been using the pill for a year now and i was getting random wierd moodswings and the doctor said that it could be the hormones changing because of the pill. they've stopped now and i'm still on the pill. so the doctor and i think it was most likely down to stress as i was a bit stressed at the time. could be the same with you as well.

Well seeing as I was using it as a form of pain relief and not for contraception, i may consider just going back to strong painkillers... seriously cant go on like this...
