approach

anyone know a good method of approaching a group of friedns e.g to make freidns, there is this group who seem pretty cool, just don't know how to make the frist step towards talking to them??

Use excuses to speak to them - ie.ask questions about stuff that you don't really need to know about, and then gradually talk to them more and more.

I think it helps if you get to know a couple of them quite well, then when you're with the group although you don't know them all you feel comfortable with the few that you do know, so you're more yourself.
