Rate the person's profile picture above you! :)

Okay so I had an idea that might be fun, I noticed on SR that lots of people have interesting and strange avatar pictures so I thought it might be amusing to get other people's opinions on them. So basically rate the person's avatar picture/image (if the have one) that is above you out of 10. (Possibly put this thread in the wrong category before sorry now in this one- which is more relevant!)

So the second person on this post will start of with rating my profile image of Snoopy out of 10...

Now before you rate mine. Think for a second. Who is this man? Its Hector the tax inspector. Whats so special about him? Hector is responsible for killing one of the most horrible football clubs to exist, Rangers (1872-2012)
