could i be pregnant?

ok..i've been feeling sick all day today and this morning i was retching and nearly threw up after my breakfast. and i've been feeling like i want to be sick,all day now. but the thing is i'm on my period at the moment. so this is a bit confusing. could i be pregnant? like how slim are the chances that i am? because i had sex a few days before my pill break and i've read that sperm can live for a few days under the right environment. so is it possible or it something else wrong that's making me feel sick? thanks.

its possible but it is probably somethin else. try goin to the doctor if u dont want to do that straight away do a test to ease ur worries

Even if the sperm did survive into the pill-free days, you are STILL PROTECTED in the seven day break... I personally wouldn't panic, but do a pregnancy test just to make sure. Make sure you do another about 3-5 daus later to confirm the result.

Erm I really wouldnt say you were pregnant. You have your period right? So chances are No your not pregnant but I would do a test to be sure (when you have come off your period of course)

The chances of you bein pregnant are very unlikely if you are on your period and also i dont kno if all, but at least some pills protect you over your seven day break. Sperm can live up to 5 days but as long as you havent missed a pill you should be safe and also if your on your period then yet again its highely unlikely :biggrin:

don't worry bout it, if your still feelin bad after a while get yourself to a doctors but its probs just that you got a stomach upset :suith:

Surely if you are on the Pill, you shouldnt be pregnant. there are loads of viruses going round at the moment,making people feel sick, im sure that is all it is. but if you are really worried, then it is worth doing a pregnancy test. go to a health clinic where it wont cost you as much and may be easier because there will be a nurse there. the Pill has been known to fail but it is a very very slight probability. hope everything turns out ok

There are always those insane cases like my best friend, whos mom was on the pill, used condoms and she still managed to be born! Unlikely though, but if you havent taken your pill correctly, i.e. missed some, been sick after one, been on anti-biotics etc you should always be careful! Also you can still have periods when you are pregant - but its normally only light bleeding so i wouldnt worry x

It probably is just a bug - i was really worried a few weeks back when i was sick every morning and at night for a week - but it was just a bug. Do a test to be sure, but im sure it may just be you worrying, stress makes you ill too :redface:
