Polar Coorindates on a graphic Calculator

I have tried plotting polar curves using the FX-7400GPLUS and its ability to plot parametric curves. ie. x = r cos t y = r sin t .

But I only get half the polar curve each time. The calculator is a standard graphic calculator.

Anyone know how to do this so that entire polar curves come up?

I think you need to change the parameters limits, that normally works on the Ti82.

if you're square rooting a function then draw two curves- one with a negative sign and another with a positive sign :smile:
