hmm it depends how much you are planning to lose? you are young and should be able to tone it easier

as long as you only aim to lose 2lbs a week, which is the recommended healthy weight loss, your skin should recover quite easily,

Thanks for the replies. I was initially losing more than 2lb/week, I'll try and slow it down from now on.

oh yeah first couple of weeks you can loose up to like 7lb i think, but thats cause your loosing water weight but this will balance out and then you'll simply be loosing 2lb of fat a week, so go for it, you can and will do it:yy:

I reckon you should be fine cos you're young and havent got too much to lose.

Yeah, there shouldnt really be any excess skin or anything at all. Your not fat enough, you'd have to be much fatter then 14st. Some fat bastards that are like 20st lose weight and even they dont have much flappy skin.

There won't be any problems with loose skin.
