I remember there is some difference, but I forget what - I think maybe 7up is sweeter?

Was this triggered by the latest 'the apprentice' episode?

7up came first, then Sprite in 1960.

PepsiCo make 7up and Coca-Cola make Sprite.

They are both non-caffeine and lemon-lime so they would have similar tastes and appearances.

Was it Syed or Manny who said that?

That's like asking 'What's the difference between Coke and Pepsi?'. The answer - nothing.

I beg to differ they taste so different, Coke is thicker and in my opinion nicer.

personally i think sprite is sweeter, i also think pepsi is sweeter than coca-cola. don't really know if that makes sense considering the above bold sentence.

and for those who doesn't think there is a difference, i think you're wrong. yes they have the same flavour lemon-lime but they are made by different company's and even if they have the same recipe (which i doubt) they would still taste different.
7up & Sprite taste the same to me.
Pepsi & Coke total different, pepsi is way better!

7up and sprite are the same to me. However cola taste's better than pepsi.
If I remember correctly 7up has a sweeter more lemony taste.
I think Pepsi tastes better than Coke. I swear that Coke's flavour has changed greatly over the years. Its more fruity now imo.

definitely a difference in taste between the two. i prefer sprite.

Zup i think tastes slightly sweeter and a funny aftertaste, whereas sprite is more refreshing. Thats my personal opinion anyway.

sprite is better; it settles the stomach
My chemistry teacher said that chalk also settles the stomach.

Personally I like Sprite, it has a much refreshing taste even after a few sips. 7Up just dies.
Sprite is more popular, isn't it? Haven't had 7Up for ages. And I prefer Pepsi to Coke  But then there's all different flavours now, like Pepsi Max Coffee Cino, Diet Coke With Vanilla and all that...

Now here's a question, what's the difference between Cherry Coke and Diet Coke with Cherry?! I haven't tried the latter, but surely they're the same?

The Apprentice is great, by the way.

Someone once said that pepsi and coke are like different sized breasts. Men may state a preference but in reality theyll take whatevers on tap

Coke tastes stronger than Pepsi in my opinion, so I prefer Pepsi. However I like Sprite better than 7up. Probably because it's always available and more popular. :stupido2:

I like sprite better. I think it has more of a lemonny lime taste. I think anyway. Actually, am not really sure it does. It just tastes better-don't know why.
