I just did it lol but I dont recall that question :O.

I messed up, the one where it said prove that y^2 + x^2 + something = 8

I did it and I got = 11 and didnt realise THEY ANSWER THEY GAVE WAS THE ANSWER ! lol so I gonna have to resit and that would have messed up the next 3 questions so I wont get an A now

And what was the answer to question 2 out of interest, i got remainder = 6

Thats when ive got my pure

Well, i dont like mechanics personally, but i found the exam i had to do simple.
It is only bad if you are not prepared for it, just as most things.
Luckily, i had done two of the EXACT same questions for revision, so i got some easy marks, but, in general, either you'll do really well, or fail miserably, because most of the q's are pretty much the same.

Well, i aced the GCSE's without revising.
But i can usually predict the questions that are going to come up, it seems. All i need is copies of the last 3 of 4 exam papers, and its easy. Im surprised even the figures were the same though.

Who knows, i might be psychic or something

there are loads of exam boards...

the trapezium rule is P2 for our exam.. the last one on P1 was integration to find the area under a graph

am i the only one that found that maths paper so easy

i did the mei one with trap rule as quetion 11

question 10 was about the circle with centre (3,-1) i think

it was so easy

made a few blunders but dropped no more than 6 marks all together. Like where it asked for perimeter of that sector, i put arc length and on first question i did dy/dx but forgot to put '+ c' at the end

role on grade A!!!!!!!

I know there are loads of exam boards but u said OCR and mine was OCR u turkey.

Hmm yea I dont think u had to use dy/dx for working out the arc length, u had the angle in radians so u just used S=r(THETA)

i meant that for the first question

for the arc length i got that right (about question 4 or 5)

but it didnt ask for arc length

the radius was 7 so u had to add 14 to the arc length to get the final perimeter.

realised just as they collected my paper!

It's probably wrong but I just equated the two graphs, and showed they only crossed each other once, then differentiated to show the gradient of the line at that point was the same as the gradient of the line.
