I love my girlfriend loads but sometimes I flirt with her mum quite a bit when she's not around and when we were both really drunk she said she was envious of her daughter and that she really liked me.... Why don't you suggest the idea of a threesome to your gf. Then casually bring in the idea of you wanting it to be her mum into the conversation. If she freaks out, just shag her mum and don't tell her.

Mention to her mum that you'd love to have sex with her and her daughter and if she freaks out just have sex with her anyway.
