I'm aisan too... but it doesn't help me!
I do it the WHOLE time!

Sometimes it happens because I think: "I'd look stupid if I blushed at this particular moment"!

I'm kinda the same! Glad it isn't just me

Can't say it happens to me, but I think that some girls look pretty cute when they blush.

I used to blush a hell of the lot. It's frustrating because you think, "Oh god I'm going to blush" then feel your cheeks going red and get flustered.

I eventually grew out of it for the most part, though. I was pretty shy and I've came out of my shell a lot more and find myself blushing less.

Ditto to that. I think that you do generally grow out of this, and once you start gaining confidence in yourself, it will become less of a problem.
I used to be so, so easily embarrased, up to about year 11, really silly little things, like people mentioning my name, or answering questions in class. Moving into the sixth form, making new friends, getting a boyfriend etc, all helped boost my confidence, I'm sure the same will happen for everyone, best of luck! xxx
I only blush when someone sexy speaks to me. It's soooo annoying! And tsh when I say blush I mean I go bright bright bright red. Awful. I'm just glad no one really comments on it or I would go so red I'd explode...
i blush quite a lot as well. one time someone thought i had sunburn lol
That tends to happen to my gf every now and then. I think its cute
me too-i blush all the time!! is that a good thing?
I blush loads and hate it :frown: esp when annoying people start stating the obv, 'look your going all red awww'
Altho people have said its quite cute
Bejesus, I've been doing this for years. A porter at the halls of residence asked me if the reason my light wasn't working was because of "drunken parties" and I went red and the answer to the question was no!

arghh I hate it!! I blush when I answer questions at class! lol seems silly right!? But it just happens, its embarassing! because I can feel my cheeks going red, and then I lose track on what I'm saying, so it doesn't come out right:frown:. But I'm asian, so I don't go bright red, you can't notice as much but I can still feel it lol damn it.

me too! have stopped it so much now tho. but can anyone actually answer her question about how to help it?

when you are blushing you are thinking 'o no im blushing i must stop'

apparently if you try to make yourself blush in those situations you aren't worrying about doing it because you are willing yourself to do it, so you won't blush. this can take some practice

im not sure if any of that actually made sense sorry!
Add another to the list of blushers heh... During public speeches, and I wish I knew how to help you do this, I somehow manage to force the blood under my collar, and to the back of my head! Apparently though, my ears still go a bit red, so I'm not sure if it's actually any better...
