Combining this with what mobbdeeprob said I'm getting a consensus here, I will take my left wing attitudes elsewhere
Goodbye and good riddance.

Tried to plot my dad's but it's not working. He's more left than anybody on the whole graph . It must have sensed his red-ness and broken. He's over the moon that he's such a lefty and near Mandela and Llama-man
There's no dishonour in that!
I'm not sure if fishpaste's scripting took account of so many left wing users, which is understandable

It has for me. I think Fishfinger is busy modifying it, so it's probably down for a little bit.

You actually hate me...
That comes somewhat as a shock (though I'm conditioned for this)!

Ignore the capitalist muffin-eating scum

I just told my dad what you said. He seemed happy. Then I said you had the hammer and sickle as your avvy. He laughed. I think it was a nice laugh though

We lefties gotta stick together my brothers and sisters!

Thanks!

I have a Che Guevara 'Revolucion' poster on my wall.
Also, my entire room is painted red (alluding to the Soviet era!)
*Sigh*, bring back the days

And I've got a yellow/green t-shirt proclaiming "Jamaica - No Problem", but at least I can see that it was intended as a joke, whereas you can't.

"Alluding to the Soviet era", is all this taking place whilst you kick back on your sofa, playing on the Playstation?

Be thankful for Capitalism, not scornful.

I have a suspiciously old carpet/bed/most stuff in this room which is falling apart! I admit that capitalism has brought many benefits, not least of which is free enterprise, but that doesn't mean I can't yearn for some left wing ideals. If you're trying to accuse me of being a hypocrit, go right ahead (I believe you already have), but don't take it personally.

I just missed it out. Although we all have different left/right scores and appear to be in a straight line (my dad should be further left than me, my mum should be further right). Is there something up with that?

It's good to hear you're coming from a positively left wing family

My dad can be somewhat right wing in politics which is strange since he's also quite proud of the PRC and many of their policies (which are, arguably, completely capitalist anyway, but still).

I'm tending to steer clear of buying such left wing paraphenalia, I don't need these items to know what I believe

Forgive me - having an old carpet makes it all okay...

I just wish I could chat to some of you people after you've been through your commie/marijuana/protector-of-the-people/amoral-phase. But then I'll probably go through it myself first, before such a thing happens...

And I'm convinced that there is no hope for some of the respondents on this thread. But hey! I can live with that.

My dad stood for councils and things in ye olden days
Have you ever seen the play Reasons to be Cheerful by the way? There's a funny bit in it about buying a socialist a birthday present . It's based on a book of the same name, but I haven't read the book.

Acaila I deleted your family. [evil maniac laugh]. From the database that is, care to add them again, let's see if it gets the left/right thing this time.
