I will always remember my first love and I think I will always have special feelings for him, but that is about it, I am not sure about ALWAYS loving him.

i dont think i will. I'm still with him after 2 years.

My first love broke my heart and told me that (after a year and a half of dating and being friends) he had never really cared about me and he never wanted to see me again. So I really hope so.

I doubt it. When you have feelings for someone for a very long time then I think they are unlikely to disappear completely. Today I found something of his, which I borrowed when I was probably about 15. Sat on my bed for ages just thinking as I couldn't decide what I should do with it.

It's difficult to tell. I thought my ex was my first love. I was with him for 3 years. But now I have no feelings for him - only the kind that I feel for very good friends (which I think we still are). With my current boyfriend....It's completely different. It's so much more. I don't know if this is (a) because I didn't love my ex, (b) because I've grown up, or (c) it's just different.
