Indeed, I do think that I'm beautiful.

Well that's a stupid thing to say. Everybody has different opinions on what is beautiful and what's not. There are of course some features that are generally accepted to be beautiful, but even then, not everybody agrees.

Beholded? Oh god kill me.
Yes, it should be beheld.

Not beholded or beheld

Beholder. Your all wrong

Yeah i agree with that. I find girls pretty that others dont, and its difficult when people kinda frown down on them like 'i wouldnt go out with them'

Theyre d***s and i try to ignore them now. Girls can be attractive in a huge number of ways, and i find sometimes confidence can be more attractive than looks. Sounds cliche but soooo true.

I believe beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as mentioned already everyones ideas of 'beauty' are different, and beauty doesn't necessarily just mean looks either.

I don't understand how you cant believe in it. Sure, some people are generically pretty/beautiful, but some people i find the most beautiful, other people would think what the ****. and vice versa.
I completely agree with fleece. This guy that i really like- he's amazing. Most ppl tell me to get over him cuz he looks gay n i cud do better (hate idea of leagues) but i think he has the most magical smile, beautiful eyes and gorgeous personality in the world. He has this certain charm about him. So in that case beauty really is in the eye of the beholder
On the other hand there are ppl who u wud think "yeah he's fit" and u know that all or at least 99%the females on the planet would do anything to be with him.
There is objective beauty, some people are accepted as being beautiful by nearly everybody even if they arent to everyones taste, but of course we all have individual tastes.

There is a general agreement forced upon us by society on what we should consider "beautiful" and what we should consider "ugly".

The fact that I've even been kissed, let alone have a girlfriend, attests to this; although, as a maxim, its veracity is by no means absolute: aesthetic notions also prevail.

Well I hope so. Because I'm butt ugly and to the best of my knowledge no-one has ever fancied me.

I'm sure you're not ugly and people have/do fancy/ed you  maybe their the guys on the thread about being scared to approach girls. I know what you mean though I don't think I'm pretty really but a few people must think so as some guys have asked me out before

No really. I'm *am* that ew.
no one is ugly, plus i'm sure someone has fancied but on the off chance no one has, then just pretend i did:wink: , if anyone asks i'll agree:biggrin:

That's some major consolation, right there.
