Birthday gift for girlfriend 2

Ok don't want jewellery I think, I am trying to find some nice lingerie for my girlfriend's 17th birthday. Where would I find this in London? I am looking for something victorias secret style in the price range of £40!

First up has to be the stunning Agent Provocateur. The undies are glamorous in the extreme, without being tasteless. They have a good sized range, which means there's a sizeable chance that you'll find something which either you (ladies) or your ladyfriend will be delighted with. (Pictured left)

Hot on the heels of Agent Provocateur comes Janet Reger. They don't have such an extensive range - but what they have got is a vast amount of taste. The sets are understated and sexy but look as if they're fairly comfortable too, something that my girlfriend says doesn't happen too often with fancy lingerie. (Pictured top)

If neither of these pant emporiums takes your fancy head down to the exceedingly posh Rigby & Peller. The queen buys her knickers here, which should tell you a fair bit. So, although the price can be steep (only with made to measure stuff admittedly, "off the hook" lingerie is the same price as on the high street), you're guaranteed an excellent product. They do some damn fine corsets too!

If sporty is what you fancy then you'd best make your way to Bjorn Borg. It seems that after tennis Bjorn wanted to do something completely different, and here it is. The styles on sale will particularly appeal to the fan of retro although the goods are pretty enough to appeal to everyone.

If you fancy playing it safe, then Wolford is the place for you to go. High quality products mixed with "safe" styles (you won't find anything too revealing here) mean that you can shop without fear of embarrassment or outrage. Handy really.
Finally, those of you who fancy something unique should try Exotica * Knickers From Brazil. A lot of the styles on sale are hand painted or printed. So no two are the same. On top of this is the fact that they are properly Brazilian, small, colourful and exceedingly racy. We loved them.
