Have I got a problem?

I'm not sure whether this is a problem or not but the thing is i'm always feeling tired. I get at least 8 hours but i have to drag myself out of bed in the morning for college and some days I ca'nt even do that and end up missing a day. I'm seriously at risk of being kicked out of college because of my attendance. Its not me just being lazy i just simply am so tired all the time. Is it worth talking to my GP?

Definately, it could be any number of things causing your lack of energy, from the foods you eat to a range of medical conditions. Your GP will be able to chat to you and figure out what's going on

I'm like this and it does really bother me. I can get up when I need to so it doesn't cause much of a problem. I yawn quite a lot which can be seen as me being disinterested - which isn't the case.

I will go to the doctors one day about it.

Lethargy is a sign of diabetes, as is constant thirst. I'd investigate that aswell as going to a GP.

i think it mite b cuz i never get a day to sleep in and relax, i'm at college all day everyday, i work all day weekends and i work wednesday night
Wow..that's pretty hectic. I really think you should try and cut back working on weekends. I find that by Friday I just seriously need the weekend to catch up on sleep, dunno what I'd do without it. Go and see your form tutor and explain why you've been missing so much school..

I get anemia which is lack of iron. That makes you really tired and feel like you have no energy. I would go and see your docter, it's probably nothing, but best to get it checked.

Id go to the doctor, esp if its affecting your college work. you may just need a weekend to catch up. im sure youd be entitled to some holiday pay from work, i only work part time, but i still get it. its easter hols coming up soon anyway, so you should get some time to yourself then.

Ffs MONEY ok?!!!

Quit this pathetic text chat rubbish ok, do yourself a huge favour. Your phyical and mental well-being in life is surely more important that money.

What do you need the money for? I worked for 6 hours every sunday back in sixth form and I had enough money to buy the odd thing or two, go to the cinema and pub etc...How much do you get an hour?

I think its a vitamin deficiency, like katie lou said iron or B vitamins, I dont really think you should be feeling lethargic like that just because you are working alot. I have been taking this b-vitamin complex, it has well over the recommended daily allowance for all the b vitamins and oh my god, I have so much energy and I feel really focused too. Its amazing! you should definitley try taking iron and b vitamin supplements for a while. Get 'Lifeplan Mega Potency Vitamin B Complex', I bought 30 one a day tablets online for about £4. just realised I sound like some cheesey advert, sorry, but its true!
It's definitely your body clock.. irregular sleep patterns. Try sleeping at exactly the same time for a couple of days and see if anything changes. If not then you have a problem on your hands. I'd advise fruit juice before you sleep too.
